Vocations in Diocese of Orange

Men Interested in Diocesan Priesthood

“The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.” (Mt 9:37-38)

The Vocations Office cordially invites you to the “Priesthood Discernment” Meetings. The purpose is to familiarize interested men with the life, prayer, and possible call to Priesthood in the Diocese of Orange. There is no commitment on your part, other than the expression of interest to participate. Priesthood Discernment Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm, once a month, at Diocese of Orange Pastoral Center, Christ Cathedral Campus, First Floor, Room 1D. Please give serious thought to this invitation. Again, if you have any questions regarding the “Priesthood Discernment” meetings, please contact:

Congratulations to our Newly Ordained Priests
Father Aristotle George Quan and Father Gastón Mendiola Arroyo

Bishop Kevin Vann ordained Fr. Aristotle and Fr. Gastón at 10am at Holy Family Cathedral on Saturday June 9, 2018. Beginning July 2, 2018, Fr. Aristotle serves as Parochial Vicar at his very first parish of San Francisco Solano in Rancho Santa Margarita, and Fr. Gaston serves as Parochial Vicar at Saint Vincent de Paul in Huntington Beach. We deeply thank God for the YES of Fr. Aristotle and Fr. Gastón to serve God and his Church. May God bless abundantly both our Fathers now and always!

Congratulations to our Newly Ordained Deacons
