More Family, Joy & Unity: Growing our Communication & Conflict Resolution Skills

All parishioners are invited to join us on Sunday, November 8th, from 9 AM to 10:15 AM in the Msgr. Sammon Center for More Family, Joy & Unity, an engaging presentation on strengthening communication and conflict resolution skills within families and relationships. Presented by family therapist and author Claire Frazier-Yzaguirre, MFT, M.Div., this event will explore practical tools for building healthier, more joyful connections through the UVA method: Understanding, Validating, and Acting. Open to married and unmarried couples, singles, divorced individuals, and anyone seeking to improve their relationships. All are welcome, and the presentation will conclude before the 10:30 AM Mass.
